Let’s celebrate!

By Carolyn Ajie

December 2025. As 2025 nears its close and we anticipate 2026, I want to express my heartfelt joy and gratitude for every member of Neighbor 4 Neighbor. We are over 80 strong now! Each of you made the choice to support your neighbors and together we make a true difference in the quality of life in our community. You deserve to feel proud!

In addition to continuing our established Service Teams, N4N has some new ideas and goals for 2026:

· Develop a space for the exchange of durable medical equipment

· Explore ways to support neighbors with HVAC filter and smoke detectors

· Consider starting a Welcome Wagon for the newest residents

· Examine Communication and Outreach to connect with neighbors.

These are opportunities for everyone in which everyone may participate. We hope you will see a place where you can add your expertise.

January is a busy month!

· Team Leader meeting on Thursday, January 8th at 1:00

· Coffee Time on Saturday the 10th at 10:00 in Manzano jointly hosted with Del Webb Neighborhood Watch and our monthly Community Meeting on Thursday, January 15 at 10:00 in Manzano.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and joyous holiday and we’ll see you in 2026!

Neighbor 4 Neighbor News

By Carolyn Ajie

N4N Community Meeting is Thursday January 15th 10:00 AM, Manzano Room. All are welcome!

Being a good neighbor means passing along information to maintain our collective safety and security. Many of you are aware of our mailbox break-ins and thefts. Unfortunately, this will happen again. Fortunately, the USPS offers a FREE service, Informed Delivery.

Every day, Informed Delivery emails you a scan of each envelope and package in your scheduled delivery. With Informed Delivery you know what to expect in your mailbox so you can take action if anything is missing. It is advisable to pick up your mail daily and to arrange a trusted neighbor to collect your mail when you are away for a while. N4N is available to assist if needed.

Sign up here: Informed Delivery - Mail & Package Notifications | USPS N4N will also add the link to our Resource List on the Estates at Mirehaven website.
